YPS Humanitarian help for the Nepal's Earthquake victims at Sindhupalchowk district

YPS in support of National Academy of Physics (NAP) friends with the donation of our generous friends and families, we were able to reach the remote areas namely BARKOBOT (86 families) and MAJHI BASTI DUMRE (36 families) of Sindhupalchowk district (mostly affected district) where nobody reached before. Also we got to help nearly 300 families and 600 people of Helambu, KAULE, BHOTE CHAUR & CHAUTARA of the same district the next day after a long travel with the medical team of Everest Hospital, Kathmandu.

We distributed a total of 1984 pounds of rice, 1322 pounds of beaten rice, 441 pounds of noodles and other food items along with some tents and drinking water . 99% of the houses are destroyed in both the places we reached today. The 36 families were residing by the banks of the river and their main occupation was fishing but now they don’t have anything to eat and a place to live.
